		<description>I LOVE this post.  Your placement of audience at #1 is spot on...all too often I see sites that were written with 50 audiences in mind and hit none of them. 

I find that no content strategy is complete without an eye toward simplicity.  Staff members and Web pages come and go, but a simple plan (i.e. all pages should be less than 300 words in length, contain the following tags and titles, and focus on this specific audience) can go a long way.</description>
