Copy Diva is Robin Seidner, AKA the Copy Diva (with extra help from design and programming partners and writers). Copy Diva works to uncover what it is your customers want to hear so you can create a conversation that leads to your desired results. Clients tell me they appreciate how I tease out the important, salient nuggets from the sometimes overwhelming technical jargon and industry-insider language.
About Robin Seidner
I have more than seventeen years of marketing and copywriting experience, specializing in business-to-business marketing. Over those years, I’ve created strategies, lead gen programs and written copy/messaging/content across many industries, including (in no particular order):
- high-tech (applications, data storage, business application monitoring, BI)
- higher education (professional development)
- telecommunications (land-based, broadband, cable)
- Internet (businesses and online applications)
- engineering (RF, wireless/radio)
- transportation (aviation, automotive, logistics)
- computer (direct sales, channel and distributor marketing)
- software (enterprise and consumer)
- professional service (medical/dental practice, IT consulting, advertising, integrators, environmental consulting)
- real estate development (home building, large-scale development, industrial, commercial)
- medical device
My current client list includes ProLogis, WebMethods and GambroBCT, among others. Because there’s no such thing as a typical engagement, my client list changes regularly — some clients work with me ongoing, others need me for a very specific copywriting project or consulting role.
I love the variety of my work. It keeps me creative, so I end up performing many marketing and writing functions for clients, including:
- project management
- marketing communications manager (short-term)
- marketing consulting
- messaging
- creative direction
- copywriting and editing
- web content writing
- multimedia storyboard development and scripting
- developing and managing lead generation campaigns

Sharing what I know with others is fun. I get to interact with people on subjects I am excited about, and best of all, I love the conversations that develop during the interactive programs I present. So, I also offer the following seminars, or variations on these themes depending on your interest, need or time constraints:

I conduct training for corporate marketing departments, trade association events as well as my own training classes. If you’re looking for a lively and interactive 1 hour, 1/2 day or full day training for your marketing team, contact me to find out more about my seminars.
